I really like the concept of lots of small businesses as opposed to a few large ones. I think he is spot on about how the recession could actually HELP handmade sites!
very cool interview! and i agree i think this economy makes us think twice about who we are giving our money to, and i know i prefer to see my money go directly to another fellow artist/etsian knowing it will help put food on their table as compared to another overly high paid ceo of some huge chain store.
